Stemcell 13054 StemSep™ Mouse B Cell Enrichment Kit 通過陰性選擇從小鼠脾細(xì)胞或其他組織單細(xì)胞懸液中分離B細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞被把非B細(xì)胞(CD4, CD8, CD11b (Mac-1), Ly-6G/C (Gr-1), TER119)，TER119）和通過生物素和葡聚糖涂層磁性顆粒識別的四聚體抗體復(fù)合物對準(zhǔn)的生物素抗體瞄準(zhǔn)去除。之后標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞和StemSep™柱和磁鐵分離。

Rat Serum
Stable at least 2 years when stored at -20°C. Stable for 2 months when stored at 2 - 8°C. This product has been sterility tested.
